Celebrating the Best in
Lincolnshire Business

The Lincolnshire Marketing Awards is an annual celebration of outstanding business achievement across our county. Now in its third year, the awards recognise businesses of every size, from sole traders and start-ups to established employers and professional services firms, that have demonstrated genuine, measurable growth.

Organised by Lincolnshire Marketing, these awards are open to all Lincolnshire businesses, not just those in marketing. With 15 categories spanning growth, leadership, people, community, and brand, there is an award for every ambitious business in the county.

What makes them different? They're free to enter, rigorously independently judged, and focused entirely on substance over spectacle. Every entry is assessed purely on merit: three independent judges, no organiser influence, no exceptions.

Why Your Business Should Enter

Entry is free. The return in credibility, profile, and recognition can be transformational. Here is what being shortlisted or winning can do for your business.

Zero Cost to Enter

Entry is entirely free. No membership fees, no submission charges. The awards exist to recognise genuine achievement, not to be a revenue stream.

Win Lasting Credibility

Being shortlisted or winning is a permanent, verifiable mark of excellence. Past winners and finalists use their status in pitches, proposals, and marketing for years.

Build Trust With Clients

An independent award tells prospective clients something you could never say yourself: that your business has been assessed and found to be among the best in Lincolnshire.

Raise Your Profile Across Lincolnshire

All shortlisted businesses are featured across our social media, email, and PR activity. The exposure reaches thousands of Lincolnshire business professionals.

Recognise Your People

Being shortlisted is a powerful motivator for the team behind your results. It gives your people something concrete to be proud of, and to share.

Connect With the Best in the County

The awards dinner brings together Lincolnshire's most ambitious businesses. The connections made around those tables are as valuable as the recognition itself.

Independently Judged.
Rigorously Fair.

Every entry is scored by an independent panel of experienced business professionals. The organising team has no involvement in scoring or results, ever. Here is exactly how we guarantee it.

Fully Independent

Every entry is assessed by judges who operate entirely independently of the organising team. No input, no influence, no exceptions.

3 Judges Per Submission

Every entry is scored by three separate judges. Final scores are averaged, eliminating individual bias and ensuring a balanced, fair result.

Conflict of Interest Checks

All judges complete a conflict of interest declaration before judging begins. Any judge with a connection to an entrant is recused from that submission.

Zero Organiser Influence on Results

The organising team has no role in scoring or outcome decisions. Winners are determined entirely by the independent judging panel, not by us.

Scored on Merit Alone

Winners are determined entirely by the quality of their submission and the evidence provided. Sponsorship of the awards has no bearing on results.

Specialist Judges for Every Category

Judges are matched to categories by specialism, not location. A web developer judges the Best Website category; a finance professional judges growth and commercial categories. Judges do not need to be based in Lincolnshire, but they must have genuine expertise in the field they are assessing.

Apply to Join the 2026 Judging Panel

We are recruiting experienced, credible business professionals for the 2026 judging panel. Full briefing and scoring criteria provided. Conflict of interest checks in place. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Certain categories, such as Entrepreneur of the Year and Rising Star Award, are designed to recognise individuals. You can enter these as an individual business owner, director, or emerging talent, even if your business is also entering other categories.
Shortlisted finalists will be announced in late August 2026. All finalists will be notified privately before the public announcement, and will receive promotional assets to share across their own channels.
